The intention of the experience pages is to give my real life interactions with the crystals to take the mystery out and to encourage you to play so you can uncover their healing help for you. Also there is some geological highlights I've uncovered to help identification.

Geological Insights

This Clear Quartz comes from Madagascar a big island off the coast of Africa.

It grows as a crystals like all clear quartz, but much of it can be milky, pinkish, even red due to the hematite falling on it as it grew.

When a clear quartz is slightly pink, pink or red, or has red spots, red blotches or red layers in clear quartz, it is called Hematoid Quartz or Hematite in Quartz.

Madagascan quartz comes in clusters, single points and surprisingly there are a lot that have a point at either end of the crystal.

The darker red in quartz points are usually polished to make the red stand out really well.

Day to Day Experiences

I did not like these points and clusters when they first arrived. Used to the bright clear shiny Arkansas points, these were definitely dull in colour.

And then I let go my expectations and fell in love with them as their energy flowed over me.

I and other energy workers all agree that these natural points and clusters really flow with feminine energy. Hold them for a little while and you soften, become graceful and very loving as it gently opens you heart energy.

I also found myself often being guide by my "spirit crystal team" to recommend the hematoid clusters to those who are not sleeping well. And this was a challenge for me as many people will say "on no that's amethyst". But I got fabulous feedback from those who often where very new to even considering that crystals could help.

And I found myself being prompted to use them too.

So I trialled - one night with the cluster on the bedside table, one night without. Two nights with the cluster, three nights without. And yes, definitely I was sleeping better on the nights the cluster was beside my head.

And it only needed to be a small cluster, and for me, one that was only the slightest pink. A dark one lead my head to feeling energetically "stuffy" in the morning - over activated.

What was it doing? I noticed that one the nights I slept with the cluster, I was dreamless, vision-less, ..

On the nights I did not have it, my visions in front of my eyes as I attempted to fall asleep, and the dreams full of the symbolism of my anxieties were all occurring.

On a day to day level, dreams that showed I was worrying about whether a market was going to work and disrupting my sleep so I did not wake refreshed are not helpful. Falling asleep quickly and thoroughly does help me get through the physical rigours of being at a market and so I can be emotional OK for the customers that come. Now, I DO need to deal with why I am anxious and I will get around to this once I am through the Christmas rush.

I also tested those clusters I intuited I was to use and those I randomly just took off the shelf. And there was definitely success with the intuited clusters, and "issues" with the randomly picked - they didn't work quite right.

So if you feel these are for you - do get your own intuition or someone you trust to pick your cluster or point.

I observed that those who were drawn to the points were to bring forth their feminine healing self. And those needing help with sleep or a group issue needing feminine support were drawn to the pinkish clusters.

And finally, needing the clarity and mastery with ancient ancestral wisdom? Then you may find that the Madagascan clear quartz that is clear is the right energy for you with or without the hematite.
